Product Description
The Flexyfoot Ferrule can be used with most walking sticks, canes and crutches. This unique ferrule has been designed with flexible bellows which help to keep the foot in contact with the ground ensuring that weight is transferred safety from one foot to the other while walking. This will significantly improve safety on any surface even where the ground is rough and uneven and reduces the risk of falls and stumbles. The bellows help to absorb shock which is a major benefit in relieving pain and discomfort particularly to the upper body which can be a problem with normal ferrules. Where additional security is required, for example in particularly rough terrain two additional O rings are supplies that will offer even greater security. The ferrule will fit most NHS crutches.
The Flexyfoot ferrule cushions and reduces slipping when used on walking sticks or crutches. They are easy to fit and give much more stability and comfort than standard walking stick ferrules. The shock-absorption minimises shoulder and wrist pain, and grip is massively improved. By improving stability the ferrules help to increase your confidence and mobility. These are a great mobility aid to assist with independent living.

How Do I Know What Size Ferrule I Need?
First, remove the existing ferrule from the bottom of the walking stick. Once the ferrule is removed measure the diameter of your walking stick to find out what ferrule size you need. A walking stick with a diameter of 22mm without a ferrule needs a ferrule of 22mm. The diameter is the measurement across the walking stick base.
