Product Description

The Hipshield is lightweight and inconspicuous.  It fits neatly inside a pair of underpants that allow it to fit smoothly across the body. The product is discrete and belies its capacity to absorb the impact of a fall or hard bump, as well as its ability to deflect the strike away from the bone and, as such, can greatly reduce the risk of hip fractures. The underpants are predominantly cotton, with a slim pocket for each protector. The product is supplied as a pack of 1 pair of pants and 2 hip-protectors. The underpants are suitable as day/nightwear and can be machine washed.  Can also be purchased as a triple pack which contains 3 pairs of pants and 2 Hipshields.  The Hipshield protectors can be hand washed in warm soapy water and air-dried.  It usually takes around 10 minutes to dry.  Available in 2 styles to suit male or female and in 6 sizes.
