How To Use: The Neo G 3D Hot & Cold Therapy Disc

Ensure the Disc is at room temperature before heating or cooling.  Remove all packaging and place the Disc in heat heat-resistant bowl. Cover the entire Disc with approx. 1 litre of boiling water and leave immersed for 3-6 minutes. With caution, pour water from the bowl, remove the Disc, dry it with a towel, place it into the protector sleeve, and apply it to the affected area. To Freeze – Remove all packaging. Place Disc in the freezer for approximately 90 minutes. Remove the Disc from the freezer with caution, place it into the protector sleeve, and apply to the affected area. Apply Hot or Cold therapy for as long as comfortable, but for no more than 10 – 15 minutes at a time.

If using alongside a Neo G support, apply loosely and ensure compression is not too tight.
