Product Description

The Nursecall Anti-Tamper Care Alarm has been designed to stop patients switching their local alarm systems off which can have serious consequences for the patient and cause upset to fellow patients.  The alarm uses the latest technology and can only be turned off by an infrared remote control that is kept by the carer.  The Lifemax Anti-Tamper Care Alarm can work as a local alarm or can connect into a multi-point Nursecall system with a suitable connecting cable.

There are two alarm sounds, with adjustable volume and a silent mode for use with Nursecall systems that operate on remote alarm signalling. Designed with a tough resin case with rubberised edges for ultimate durability. It can be wall-mounted or fitted to beds, chairs or wheelchairs with the two different size mounting hooks included.

The system uses a code to match each remote control to the monitor and eliminates interference from other systems.  For additional security, there is a low battery indicator.  It can be used for pull cord operation or with optional sensor pads. Alarms when someone gets up out of a bed, wheelchair or chair. Versatile mounting base and hanger included. Tamper free reset and suspend by infrared remote control.

Connect to Nursecall systems for remote alarm signalling. Suspend mode allows for patient repositioning with adjustable standby time. Reset mode puts the alarm into standby until reactivated by next use. The alarm comes with a cable holder to prevent accidental disconnection. Silent mode for use with remote alarm signalling Nursecall systems. 4 digit ID code to match remote control to alarm and eliminate interference. Rubberised housing for protection against damage caused by dropping on hard floors. Dual power, can use 4 AA batteries, not included, or optional mains adapter.
