The outer fabric is fully waterproof and windproof. The inner lining is a smart, yet practical navy fur which will prevent any drafts. To put on there are simple clip-on straps that allow you to fasten the cape around your waist or over the shoulders. The scooter leg cape is quick and easy to put on. Ideal to use when in inclement weather. It’s lightweight means it can be taken with you to be used in case the weather turns bad. The cape is a universal size and will fit larger sizes with a waist fit of 60 inches. The elasticated edges prevent the rain and spray from getting in underneath the cape at the sides and the velcro straps make it very adjustable to suit both the user and style of the scooter. The cape comes in a zipped pocket style case to protect it when not in use.
